    Good day

Our website was running fine until now when we realized when going into the shop catalog and when clicking on the second or next page of products to be displayed, the page goes into infinite loading and the second page or next page of products does not display. We deactivated each plugin and determined that the PRO Elements caused this issue. We can’t disable the plugin without it removing relevant information on the website. Can you please assist as to how to fix the problem for infinite loading problems, especially on Woocommerce caused by the PRO Elements plugin?

You can visit the below link as an example, and at the bottom, click on page 2 and the problem should occur:

    Hello, Quixotic,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

We understand the issue you are experiencing with the infinite loading when navigating to the next page in your shop catalog.

Please apply patches > clear cache and check the result – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-features/how-to-use-xstore-patcher/

We are currently unable to log in due to the reCAPTCHA verification. Would it be possible to temporarily disable it to allow us access?

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your response.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

    Good day

I did all available patches under Xstore Patcher but the issue is still present on the product pages.
I deactivated the Google reCAPTCHA plugin now

    Thank you

Seems like it is working 100% now again!
May I ask what might have caused this?

But anyway, thank you for the awesome support!

    Hello, Quixotic,

    You’re welcome!

The issue occurred after updating the WooCommerce plugin, and updating the theme did not fully resolve it. That is why we released a patch that successfully fixed the problem https://gyazo.com/85c32022c874320e310df3cb2a231b4d

If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team
