We bought the Xstore theme and installed it a month back, doing little things day by day, everything was going well until tomorrow PRO Elements started using High CPU usage refer to image 1.

we contacted Web Hosting support they diagnosed it and tell that your PRO Elements is malfunctioning try deactivating it and rechecking.. we did that and everything seemed normal but the website got disturbed. refer image 2

plz, help me further we are stuck.

    Dear @Abhinandan,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to inform you that the PRO Elements plugin serves as a free alternative to the Elementor PRO plugin. Consequently, it is possible that you might encounter similar issues with the official version of the Elementor PRO plugin on your website.

We recommend that you reinstall the PRO Elements plugin and ensure that all other plugins are updated to their latest versions. Additionally, please verify whether the issue persists when using a default theme, such as Storefront or Hello Elementor.

Should the problem continue to occur exclusively with our theme and not with others, we kindly ask you to provide us with the correct wp-admin and FTP access credentials to your website. Please ensure that you submit these details via a secure, private method so that we can further investigate the issue and explore potential solutions.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to resolving it promptly.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

deleted the same and downloaded it again from https://proelements.org/, updated all other plugins.

    still, problem remains the same.

BUT THANKFULLY one of your suggestions worked. it was by changing the theme.

    Thanks, brother…..love from India…
