Pro Elements Plugin is causing fatal error when trying to install new version

Hi,
Im already running my wordpress website using Pro Elements pluging Version 3.23.3 , Now there is an update version 3.24.2.1 and it is not getting installed , also if i try to install the website header crashes and critical fatal error message. Please help me to sort out this issue.

We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including weLaunch Framework plugin and cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.

Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:

Hi,
I have carried out all the recommendations u have suggested, but still the problem continues. I have provided all the admin information u have asked for , also i have attached screen shots of similar problem for another user which is resolved by your team (for info). Hope the issue will be solved.

Please, check now !
In some cases it is not possible to update to the latest version so we deleted the ‘Pro Elements’ plugin on your web-site and installed it again in our XStore Control Panel -> Plugin Installer.

There is problem, when i opened the site , it seem broken (crashed) in the header side . Do please look into it urgently.

We made the regeneration for styles action in Elementor Tools -> https://prnt.sc/5cBE8Oi0Sg6g.
Don’t forget to clear the cache!
