Problem about: Due to the Envato’s license policy one standard license

Due to the Envato’s license policy one standard license is valid only for 1 project.
Running multiple projects on a single license is a copyright violation.
If you want to use this theme more than one project or unlimited, please check our 8theme’s subscription plan.

Today I Just share my website with a person to resolve and install some plugins. What are they doing I don’t understand but the upper massage are shown, also I can’t update my theme.

My theme version was 9.1.8 but now it is 8.2.4? Don’t understand what’s going on!

Have you asked persons who have access to your site Dashboard what actions they did? “My theme version was 9.1.8 but now it is 8.2.4?” – theme version can’t be downgraded automatically it seems someone did it on our site.
