    Thanks for contacting us.
    Please check if you have the same problems with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate Storefront and check).
    If the problems appear with our theme only, try to disable all 3rd party plugins and check then (we don’t give guaranty for full theme compatibility with all 3-rd party plugins).
