Problem background header and band on logo header

Good morning,

When I set the header background to orange color #ff8000 in user mode, the background is navy blue as you can see in the photos below.

And why do I have 2 persistent orange bands around the logo I can’t remove them.

Can you help me ? Thank you for your support.

To assist you effectively, we kindly request that you temporarily deactivate your Content Delivery Network (CDN). Following that, please proceed to disable all third-party plugins. Once this is done, attempt to edit the header again.
Should the issue persist, we advise against reactivating your CDN. Instead, please provide us with your FTP access credentials so that we may further investigate and resolve the matter.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.
