Problem black header - by graphics - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

My website is in construction it was okay but this morning my header turn black with a top border and i can’t fix it in the code editor or theme option. Can you help me ?

Hello,

Could you, please explain in more details about top border? Are you talking about info line above the header http://prntscr.com/nwwq8d ? You can manage content via Appearance > Widgets > Header banner + Theme Options > Header http://prntscr.com/nwwr5c

when in the “inspect element” i change the color from black to white there is still a border remaining. The infoline is ok this is not what i mean by black border,

Hello,

I don’t understand what border do you want to change. This one http://prntscr.com/nwxx6k ?
Then go to Theme Options > Header > Header styles > either Switch off the border or change the color http://prntscr.com/nwxxiu

this is my problem, in the option the header is not supposed to be black and the border is already on but on the website we see black header i don’t know why.

Hello,

The default color of the border, if it’s on, is #e1e1e1. If you want to change it use color picker http://prntscr.com/nwy8gc If you want to disable it turn of the option http://prntscr.com/nwy8ve
Don’t see any problem with both options. If you want to change something else, please, provide the screenshot using Lightshot tool.

I don’t want to change color border i just have actually on my website a black header we can’t see the menu tittle and in the theme option it is not black, whatever changes i make the black color wont go…

Maybe this is old cached version. Do you use Chrome? Try the following extension to clear browser cache https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn?hl=en
