My store won’t process orders (says problem connecting to payment gateway) since updating to latest version of WordPress and Woocommerce. Also getting the “your theme contais outdated copies” warning on backend.

    Can you please help?

    Hello,

As I see you’re using 3rd-party plugin “WooCommerce PayPal Pro (Classic and PayFlow Editions) Gateway”. Please check if the issue persists with default WordPress theme (Twenty Fifteen).

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

Thanks Jack. The problem is new and that plugin was working fine till I recently updated WordPress and Woocommerce. I just fixed the outdated theme files as per instructions from woocommerce, but that didn’t seem to fix the payment issue.

    Hello,

I was trying to complete order on your site and was successfully redirected to paypal, here is the screenshot http://prntscr.com/9e1nte . Please clear browser cache and check it from your side.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

Yes, the standard Paypal one works but credit card processor does not. I had both in use previously but had to disable the cc option as it stopped working. I have emailed Woocommerce as well and hopefully they will be able to help..

    Hello,

Please activate Twenty Fifteen theme in Appearance > Themes and check if the same issue persists there too.
If it does then Woocommerce support should provide you with some solution as the problem is related to the plugin, not to the theme.

    Regards,
