Hi guys, I have some troubles showing a custom footer within the shop page. Other pages are loading correctly but not on the shop page, even if I call it by using the option “Use custom footer for this page” it’s showing the default footer (Royal) instead. Additionally, the end footer section (payment icons and credit cards ) is not showing as well.
In addition, there is a problem displaying the number of products in the grid store. If 4 products per row are selected, the grid is showing just three on a row and one more below it.. I already tested this in version 1.5 and 1.5.2, but I noticed that previous version of Royal 1.3 it’s working fine.
I was able to solve the problem with the custom footer. it was a configuration error, but please keep in mind the issue with the number of products displayed persists.
Hello,
Please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content to check the issue with products display.
Also please give us a link where products are shown.
Thank you.

Hello,
Just to clarify: have you made any changes in the original theme files?
Thank you.
Regards,
Eva Kemp.
No, i don’t make any changes in this theme, i have this error in the version 1.5 and 1.5.2. I have made changes in the child theme to avoid changing the master files.
Eva, I have installed the 3 versions of the template on the server. I Have the same issue in 1.5.2 and 1.5 Versions; the version of Royal 1.3 it’s working fine.
Hello,
The problem is with your child theme. When I activate parent Royal theme there is no issue with products layout.
Please check your customizations in the child theme.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
