Problem in shipping price updation during cart/checkout

I am facing the issue during cart/checkout. The shipping cart should auto load the shipping amount based upon address and quantity in the cart. But I have to change the quantity then see the updated cart. It’s very difficult for the customer to have this kind of problem.

Dear @Rakesh,

We kindly recommend disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore. You can find the list of included plugins here (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check if the issue persists. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the problem.

If the issue continues, we suggest switching to the Parent Theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. Once again, please clear the cache and check the functionality.

Additionally, we recommend testing with the default WooCommerce theme, Storefront, as the issue may be related to custom code within the Child Theme.

Hi @Luca Rossi,
xStore has a very limited plugin option. And there is nothing for shipping. The plugin which I am using is Advanced Shipping and works well with non xstore themes. It’s not that plug in not working but it’s not auto loading automatically.
