Problem in the Cutomizer. link Telephone (clickable) & Kontakt

Hello all,

I have a problem in the Cutomizer.

Somehow I can’t link the phone number and the contact form in the header…. It can not be saved…

I need some help with this please

Hello @Nio,

In order to resolve your issue, please navigate to XStore >> Theme Options >> Header builder >> Contacts element and delete the existing elements then add them again from scratch.

As an example, the “Url For Field” for a phone number should be formatted as “tel:+xxxxxxxxxx” and for an email address as “mailto:your_email”.
