I’m having a problem installing the xstore template first. Not all demos are being downloaded
Secondly, when I start downloading the demo, the download does not complete and does not load all pages or products. I hope to solve the problem

We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.
It appears that the issue is due to your server not meeting the requirements of the theme and plugins. To resolve this, please contact your service provider and ask them to adjust the server requirements to meet the theme requirements. Once the two steps have been completed, please let us know which demo version you would like to import so that we can do it for you. Do you prefer WPBakery or Elementor?

We would appreciate it if you could provide us with more information regarding the assistance you require from us. Additionally, please provide us with temporary wp-admin access via the private Content area.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.

max_execution_time is a limit for the execution time while running the script. For example, if you import content and script needs more than 120 secs then you may face a problem with demo content import. But depending on other server settings script could finish its work faster. So, if you didn’t face problems with theme options then don’t worry about this parameter.
To increase the max_execution_time, you need to contact your hosting provider to do this from the server side, our theme doesn’t affect it, XStore just read the value and shows it.

We can’t check your image and settings without access to the Dashboard. Please provide temporary wp-admin access.
To do this, please follow these steps:
– Create an account via Dashboard (Users > Add new) with administrator role. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s3rc9m
– Provide us with the username and password for the newly created account via the Private Content area. Refer to the following image for guidance: http://prntscr.com/s5mao7
– Any email address can be used for the new account, it does not have to be your personal email.

FTP access is required to check the problem with the vendor Dashboard more deeply in files. If it can be fixed from our theme side, we will do this.
multivendorX is a multi vendor plugin also, like Dokan, and XStore is compatible with this plugin, but we are not authors of vendors plugins, so we would recommend you check docs and video tutorials for plugins.
