    Hello,

The problem was caused by the cached version of the theme files. Try to update theme and XStore core plugin again and clear browser and plugin cache.
If it does not help then provide access to your Dashboard. What other problems with home page loading do you have?

    Regards

    Hi Olga

I have same problem with 6.2.4.

The problem seems to be caused by the sticky bar.

As the store is in production I couldn’t find the exact problem, so I had to revert to 6.2.3 quickly.

I hope I have pointed the way for you to check

    Regards

    Rudimar

    Hello, @identidade

    Thanks for contacting us.
As was mentioned the problem was caused by the cached version of the theme files. After every plugin and theme update you need to clear browser cache and site cache if you use cache plugin, CDN or server cache. Sometimes cached versions of the CSS styles or scripts cause error after theme/plugin update. In your case, it’s the double logo.
You can create a staging site (full copy of the existing one) and do updates of the theme and plugins there first. If everything is ok then you’ll be able to update the production site.

    Regards

    Hi Rose

I always clear the cache after updates. Even so the problem remained.

Apparently the logo that should be on the sticky bar would appear below the header logo.
The first thing I did was update again and clear the cache.

On the PC the situation was corrected but only ctrl+shift+R on chrome.

In the mobile continue display the 2 logos, I tested what customers would do …. that would refresh the page, still continued with 2 logos.

The situation only correct if the user cleans up the temporary browser browser files. As this is something that few know how to do it ends up being a big problem.

I really don’t know how to apply this update yet.

    Thanks

    Rudimar

    Hi Olga

    I solved the problem:

    1) Re-update theme and core
    2) clear cache
    3) Modify wordpress version to force users to load new files.

    Thanks

    Rudimar
