Problem migrating to new url. - by fr33lanc3r

I moved the site from a temporary url/ip address to the domain name and then ran Go Live Update urls to update the content. CSS and JS files still point to the ip address though, while everything else is updated. Is there somewhere within the theme that the url needs to be updated?
