    Hi , I hope you can help.

    Since upgrading the theme to 4. and Woocommerce to 3.3.4 I have just noticed that main image in single product pages is either too small on old Chrome or much too big so that it’s out of view on new Chrome and Microsoft Edge, also the buy button seems to be a little too close to the quantity, this also varies on other browsers, can you advise please?

    Here is a sample page: https://werone.co/eng/product/chaga-immune-alcohol-free-tincture

    Many thanks

    Hello,

    Enable default WooCommerce theme – Storefront – and check if you have the same problems. Reply back and provide temporary wp-admin access in case problems persist with our theme only.
    Also, please check if there outdated files in Woocommerce > Status > Templates.

    Regards

    Thanks Rose, I’ve just tested the page with Storefront and the product page looks correct, here’s a screen capture:

    The templates are all showing as correct, no red flags at the moment

    I’ve switched back to the theme. Access details are in private

    Many thanks

    Hello,

    As I see, on your site using 2.8 theme version (Appearance > Themes). Please check.
    Don’t forget to create a backup of your files and database before starting update process!
    To make the quantity looks better http://prntscr.com/ivarwa, you can use this custom css code:

    .product-information-inner .quantity label {
        display:  none;
    }

    Hi Rose, In February I uploaded the 4.2 wootheme version and renamed the old wootheme folder to test, so I’m confused why the 2.8 version seems to be showing in admin, can you explain why that would be please?

    Many thanks!

    Hello,

    We don’t have access to your server logs and don’t know who changed the versions or themes that you have in your Dashboard. We can just see theme version that you have there.
    Maybe you replaced style.css file by the old one.
    Anyway, we see that theme version is old. Would recommend theme to latest version 4.2.1 or provide FTP access and we’ll do it for you.

    Regards
