Problem on Theme Options Page, i cant edit or do nothing

I am experiencing an issue with the Theme Options page on my website. When I navigate to the Theme Options page, the following problem occurs:

I tested all the methods you provided to fix the problem but nothing was solved.

also, I contacted the hosting company, and they told me that:

Contact the theme developer and ask them to provide you with the latest version theme and ET core plugin archives.
After that, establish the SFTP connection with your website as shown here: https://www.namecheap.com/support/knowledgebase/article.aspx/9961/2285/easywp-how-to-access-your-wordpress-website-folders-and-files-via-sftp-video/

Upload the archives with the theme and plugin to the root folder of your website and contact us again so we can unarchive the plugin and the theme to check if replacing the files will help.

I’ve replaced the plugin and theme files, but to my regret, the issue is still being triggered.
