Problem opening off-canvas cart and mobile menu

I have a weird problem. If I open an off-canvas cart within first few seconds of page loaded, it does not open or if it does it dissapears immediately and I have to open it again.

Same is happening on mobile, with mobile menu.

Is this something you have experienced before?

I have checked your site on a new browser and found no issue, it is working fine. As you can see in these videos: https://streamable.com/gfkbf6 and https://streamable.com/qnibjs please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache like I checked I hope you will never face any problem.

I’m not using caching, and this is ins icognito.

Hello,

1/ Please update the theme and Core plugin.
2/ Please try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that does not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/, clear the cache of the browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is the reason for the problem.
3/ If the problem is not caused by plugins, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.
4/ Check how it works for you on our demo -https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/animals/

I updated the theme and xcore.

I disabled all the plugins and custom css. but the problem is still there.

Is it there for you too? Because your Animals demo works ok for me.

Hello,

Try the following solutions:
1/ Enable the site preloader via Theme Options > General
2/ Switch the scripts to the header (we can try this for you, but FT access is needed)
3/ speed up the server to load them faster (contact your hosting provider)
