Hello, I have serious problem which I am unable to resolve.

I am not able to organize my product categories. Some of already created categories needs to become subcategories and go under others. I am able to move them under parent categories, but they are not showing up on my web page.

Please log in my admin panel, create new subcategory under any of my created product categories. Move one of product categories full with products under your newly created category and see if it appears on front end.

    Hello,

The reason is you have 0 (zero) products for newly created categories. Assign them to some products and check after that.

That shouldn’t be the reason. I have other categories with 0 products and few subcategories under that (with products) showing up without any problem.

Also how would you comment this – http://www.taktika.lv/store/product-category/rezerves-dalas/
Please take a look product count on first category “skrituļslidu daļas” and then look how many products it actually contains inside it?!

I see the same products number http://prnt.sc/dk83j0 .
Please clarify what you have on your side.

It updated now because I was manipulating with products and categories. It showed 9 products, but inside there were few subcategories with hundreds of products.

Also regarding the problem in my first post. When I create new subcategory without any products assigned to it, but add more subcategories with products to it, it doesn’t show up on front end. But when I assign at least one product to this newly created subcategory, then it shows in front end with this one product and all subcategories in it. Then I deletes this one product assigned to this newly created subcategory and it shows all correct in front end – my new subcategory with all the subcategories in it.
Two different results with the same content. That’s nowt normal.

    Hello,

Please show a link where subcategory isn’t shown and specify what subcategory it is.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

    Hello,

    Sorry for a delay.
As I see the same issue with categories appears with default Woocommerce theme Storefront, not only with our theme.
We recommend you to contact Woocommerce plugin support to investigate this issue.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.

Thanks for reply Jack. It it very hard to reach Woocommerce support because their priority is paying customers. Is 8theme client of Woocommerce anyhow? I think progress would be much faster and productive if your crew would contact them in this case. Anyway, I will also post this in wordpress.org WooCommerce plugin support forum

Hello Jack. Not quite, issue is not fixed in general. I had to add product to this category so it would show up front end up and then remove it. Like I wrote before, this is a workaround but problem is still there and Woocommerce support on wordpress.org site is completely dead

    Hello,

Sorry, but you have to wait for the answer from Woocommerce support.
Unfortunately, we are able to help only in case problem related to our theme options or functionality and files. In case problem related to default WooCommerce options then only plugin authors can help you.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.
