Hi here,
I’ve got a problem since I save text in custom tabs from BLANCO THEME admin panel : impossible to translate it then with WPML. My default language is french, and second language available on the website is english. When the website was first in french (my language), no problem, but since I’ve installed WPML to translate into english, I wanted to transform all custom tab text in english for then translate into french from the WPML admin panel. But nothing is saved. Even if I write in chinese… (joke…)
Any idea ?
Thank you for your support.
Hello,
Please provide us with FTP and admin panel credentials in Private Content.

Eva Kemp.
I sent the details thank you
Hello,
It’s difficult for us to find the needed string as your admin panel is in French, but you can try the following:
Go to WPML > String translation > scroll down and press on “Translate texts in admin screens” link. You’ll see list of fields, choose the fields you’d like to translate and click “Export selected strings as PHP code to be added to the theme code” button. Include the following PHP in theme-functions.php. After that go back to String Translation section and translate necessary content http://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/

I already did that ! I know how WPML works.

Thank you very much !
Could you tell me how to translate “SALE” and “NEW” images ?
Hello,
You can replace them in blanco/images/ folder. This is “new.png” and “sale.png” images accordingly.

Jack Richardson
That’s ok to change images, but how can I translate to have both french and english words on images ?
Hello,
You need create images for different languages and try to use this plugin:
