Hello, I have a problem with the sidebar on the eshop page. When editing, it displays it correctly, but when I preview it, the sidebar is missing in its position and shows it only at the bottom. Can you help me please? The webpage is currently in authoring mode. You can contact me directly at my e-mail slavo@mlynar.org so that I can also send you prinscreen.

Update the theme and Core plugin to latest versions https://prnt.sc/vi00fm https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Clear cache and check the sidebar then.

I can’t access your Dashboard, but via browser inspector tools I can see 7.1 version https://prnt.sc/vi3uii , it is not the latest one.
Maybe there is a cache of some sort. Please check.

Hello,

I can’t log in to your Dashboard.
Go to Dashboard > Updates > click at the Check again button https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
You should get the notification about updates after that. Or you can do the update via FTP, as described in our documentation.

Health, after installing Envato Market offered to update the template. Now it works properly, but there is another problem that I can’t edit the page via Elementor.

https://prnt.sc/vje6me – I can’t access your Dashboard still. Is there restriction by IP or something else?
Do you use the latest version of WooCommerce plugin?
You can’t edit all pages or a particular one?
Provide temporary FTP access also.

Besides the mentioned error is a known error and is related to the Elementor plugin https://wordpress.org/support/topic/uncaught-error-call-to-undefined-function-wc_get_chosen_shipping_method_ids/ not to our theme. So, contact Elementor plugin support to fix this https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/
Till the issue is fixed deactivate the tax calculus on Woocommerce > General.
