Problem to add product to cart - by giakcamp

    Good evening,
    I apologize for the constant disturbance but I am having problems with problems with your beautiful subject. In detail this is the problem:
    when I click on the button to add the product to the cart, it appears that the button only shows the waiting logo and does nothing. Sometimes it is necessary to click a second time while at times it does nothing.
    Can you kindly verify?

    Hello,

    Try to disable all third-party plugins, that do not come bundled with our theme, and check how it works then.

    Good morning,
    I have tried to disable other plugins but the problem still remain. I have noticed when I click on button to add to cart, the product is added to the cart but the pop isn’t close and into the button show again the “action” icon. At the same in the poduct page: the product is added to cart but still remain the “action” icon in the button.

    Can you check it please?

    Hello,

    Probably you changed something in parent theme files because once we re-uploaded the source theme files problem with Add to cart disappeared. If you need to make any changes use child theme for these purposes. Don’t change any files directly in the parent theme! Theme support is not responsible for the custom changes of users.
