Hello there.

I’ve got an issue with translation, when my card is empty, the translation is not working.
I’m using the plugin LOCO translate, and that’s fullfill good, so i don’t understand why.

Also, the font for the Cart & the Account is not the good one.

Can you help me on this ?

Hello,

1) Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Empty cart content > translate content of the shopping cart.

2) Provide screenshot of the issue with the font for better understanding, please.

you could find the right font in footer

if you go in : https://saytosushi-salondeprovence.com/cart/
the font are times new roman or something else but not the right font.

Try to clear cache, if this doesn’t help, provide screenshots. Lightshot Screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html makes screenshots and generates links then you can provide links of screenshots here.

How is it that I’ve been waiting over 36hrs for a response to my several issues that have not been addressed, and no one responds to my support ticket, yet many other people have support tickets as recent as a few hours and you are responding to all of theirs??? SMH

Hi,

I’m so sorry for the delay that you faced.

The font files were missing in the uploads folder on your server. As a rule Theme Options loads font to that folder automatically once you chose it and saved settings but it did not work for you, we suppose because of some file permissions. So, I uploaded font files to the correct folder manually and everything is ok after that.
