hello dear
problem Update to 7.2.4.1. and download the plugins even though I have deleted all the plugins and clear cache , and the problem is still in Is there a solution

Hello,

Thanks for using our theme.
If you want to update plugins, it can be done via Dashboard or via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
If you want to install plugins, go to XStore > Plugin Installer, or in case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder.

I am required to purchase the plugin code, and the home page does not work Maktoob does not exist. This page is not available, and the problem is loading it for more than a minute. Unfortunately, I will delete it.

You do not need to purchase anything. As you can read in our documentation all bundled plugins works fine without the purchase code – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/activation-and-purchase-codes/
I am not sure, that fully understand you.
Do you want to get demo content on the Home page, like it is here – https://xstore.8theme.com/elementor/demos/niche-market/ ? Just provide temporary wp-admin access, and we will add it.

Have you checked all the server requirements before the installation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/ ?
If you did not delete the content of pages manually, it looks like there was an error during the demo content import. Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can fix it.

Without access to the site, just by URL, I can’t say more.

Demo content was installed correctly, but the Home page was not selected in Dashboard > Settings > Reading https://prnt.sc/xx29pw . To be able to do this, I’ve changes the status of some pages from Draft to Published. Check your site now. Let us know if you need any further assistance

As I can see, you installed a lot of plugins, every plugin slows down site a bit, so check the description of plugins and deactivate unrequired. For example, if you edit pages, and static blocks using Elementor, WPBakery plugin can be disabled.
