Thanks for using our theme.
If you want to update plugins, it can be done via Dashboard or via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
If you want to install plugins, go to XStore > Plugin Installer, or in case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder.

Have you checked all the server requirements before the installation https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/ ?
If you did not delete the content of pages manually, it looks like there was an error during the demo content import. Provide temporary wp-admin access, so we can fix it.

Demo content was installed correctly, but the Home page was not selected in Dashboard > Settings > Reading https://prnt.sc/xx29pw . To be able to do this, I’ve changes the status of some pages from Draft to Published. Check your site now. Let us know if you need any further assistance
As I can see, you installed a lot of plugins, every plugin slows down site a bit, so check the description of plugins and deactivate unrequired. For example, if you edit pages, and static blocks using Elementor, WPBakery plugin can be disabled.
