Problem with a strange field on the page

Hi,
I have a strange field on my website and I don’t know how to remove it.
It happened to me when I started creating the website, but I thought it was because I registered the template as a test one.
Now I have removed the license and added it again in the panel and it is still the same.
I turned off the plugins one by one to check if that was the problem, but it wouldn’t go away.
Can you help with this matter?
