Problem with add to cart button and sidebar

Hello Support Team,

I’m experiencing some problems with the “add to cart” button and sidebar.

When I add an item to the cart, it shows up on the sidebar just fine, but when i close the sidebar and navigate to another page, the cart apparently refreshes. No products show on the header button and on the sidebar.
If I add another product (or the same product) to the cart, both new and previous item added show up again.

Is there a way this can be fixed?

Also, the video i’m submitting is sped up, but you might notice on the actual website, the “add to cart” buttons take several seconds to load. We don’t know what makes it take so long, I’d be great if you have some recommendations.

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concerns regarding the “add to cart” functionality and sidebar behavior on your website.

1/ Do you use a cache plugin on site? Please check how it works when the plugin is disabled.
Let us know the result.
Additionally, enable the “Always Load ‘Wc-Cart-Fragments’” option, which can be found under the following navigation path: XStore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization.

2/ Ajax adds to cart speed depending on server response time and DB structure. Theme sends requests to your DB and waits for a response. So, if it’s slow, try to speed up the server response time. We can do nothing with it.
