Problem with archive filters and infinite scroll

Hey!

We have encountered a problem in our store where we try to filter by price but for some reason, the price does not match the filter price and vice versa.

The store also has a currency switcher between USD and ILS by Villa Theme Plugin.

We went even further and tried the Crocoblock JetSmartFilters to resolve the problem but it had the same problem – the numbers in the filter (By Price) did not match the products being filtered.

We would really appreciate your help on the matter!

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

1/ How does it work when not our theme, but the Storefront theme is activated?

2/ Have you tried to contact the support of the mentioned plugins?

3/ As we can see, the Shop sidebar area is empty (Appearance > Widgets). How did you add widgets in this case? If this was done by a plugin, how the current situation is related to our theme?

Hey!

1. I have tried to set the Storefront Theme but having the same problem when it comes to the pagination on the Product Archive widget -> once clicked on the next page -> getting a white page with the number Zero at the top left-hand corner of the screen.

2. No, I’ve reverted back to your filters and tried with them.

3. I have added the filters by your theme but the Price Filter does not pull the correct highest price of the products in the Archive Page for some reason.

I really need your help on this matter!

I have installed the plugins that were before as I have resolved the issue but I have two issues left from the theme:

1. The infinite Scroll is not working well – with the Theme filters and even with the Third Party Plugins.

2. The Price Filter is still not pulling the correct highest price of the products in the Archive Page for some reason.

I really need your help on this matter!

I understood that there were issues with the infinite scroll since I have checked the attributes and saw that when you choose the Black color filter (doesn’t matter if is with the theme filter or with the Third-party filter) it still shows only some products but not all of them.

I saw this when I went into the attribute and saw that there are over 100 products connected to that Color Attribute.

I really need your help on this matter!

Hello, Oshrat,

1/ Should the issue persist with the Storefront theme, it would indicate that the problem is independent of our theme. Consequently, it cannot be resolved from the theme’s end.

2/ You’ve not answered – ” How did you add widgets in this case?”.

3/ Our Swatches filter works fine, for example, https://vesture.co/shop/?filter_color=black – 62 products are shown, same with WooCommerce Filter Products by Attribute widget.

Hey!

1. Do You mean the infinite scroll?

2. If you mean the theme’s widgets then I went to Appearance -> Widgets -> Shop Sidbar and then I have added your widgets.

If you mean the Third-party filters, then it is integrated with the Elementor Page builder and I have added them in the template of the Product Archive as normal Elementor widgets.

3. I see what you mean but there are far more than 62 products that fall under the Black Color Attribute on the website as you might see in the link inside the Private area.

“I see what you mean but there are far more than 62 products that fall under the Black Color Attribute on the website as you might see in the link inside the Private area.” – you hide these products here in WooCommerce settings https://prnt.sc/PSyfAVdNe4Ry , once we disable “Hide out of stock items from the catalog” option, there are 141 products shown – https://prnt.sc/39_S-u0k9–W
