Problem with changing Head Menu colors and page colors.

I have such a problem that I would like to change the main font color to my own color and cannot do it. I have the same problem with the colors in the menu and the way it works. My main colors have been changed wherever I can, but when I save the edit, nothing changes. Sometimes it happens that the color in the font menu changes, or a button, it does not change in the menu anyway, I can save dozens of times, until it finally works.
This is so that the changes and edits are saved, but you cannot see the changes on the front of the page.

Hello, @Szymon,

If you are using the Google Chrome browser, then you can simply completely turn OFF the browser cache and cookies, while you are in the development process.
