I have problem with some checkboxes on XStore theme.

To replicate issue you can go to the shop page of my website here https://www.blsfashion.com/shop and check some brand filters here http://joxi.ru/xAevdB5SR4OvQr and than uncheck them. When you uncheck them the page is reloaded but the checkboxes are still checked.

I use “Perfect Brands for WooCommerce” plugin to display brands. If I disable all the plugins, the problem is still there. If I change the theme from XStore to another one, the problem is resolved.

Could you, please, provide us with a temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check the issue in more detail?

Hi,

1. Please, update theme to latest version (6.3.9) and XStore core to 2.3.9, clear plugin cache, clear CDN cache.

2. You should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

I have the latest version of the theme and XStore plugin on my live site, but the problem is there. Please read carefully my first message, the problem is there even with all plugins deactivated. If I switch to another theme, the problem is resolved, when I change back to XStore theme, the problem is there. So the issue is with the XStore theme.

Now it seems to work fine, but I’ve noticed that some widget that I had before are missing now. What was the problem and how can I archive the same result on my live site? Thanks!

Hi,

We did some test, including theme switching, looks like some widgets were messed up. Go to Appearance > Widgets and set them depends on your needs, sorry for the inconvenience.
We’ve updated XStore and Core plugin, and changed Slug in Settings that come from the additional plugin on your site – https://prnt.sc/tuwbou There was a conflict the Slug from the plugin with our Brands functionality, some scripts worked incorrectly that caused the problem.
