Problem with Custom Fields Products - by tintineonet

We are trying to sale a customized product. For this reason I need to give a lot options for the same product.

I had installed a lot of plugin but they don’t work correctly in my web (in other webs is ok). I think that the problem is in the theme and It is:

The client clicks on his option but, when He adds the product to the cart the option is not selected or I don’t (the manager) see who is that option (for the customization).

Please, Help me!

Hello,

What plugin do you use to implement this feature? If you use Product Addons by WooCommerce then you need to disable Ajax Add to cart option in Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product > disable AJAX add to cart option because this plugin uses POST method to add to cart and does not work with Ajax.

To check if problem is related to our theme enable official WooCommerce theme – Storefront and check.

Provide also admin panel and FTP access if problem persists with our theme only.
