PROBLEM WITH DATA SOURCE IN PRODUCT CAROUSEL

hello
i have a problem when i add a product carousel and I choose the data source upsell it didn’t work why?
look the video in the private content

hello i m so sorry for lot of questions
I want to make a carousel products in the product, cart and checkout pages but I want this carousel don’t contain the product or products in the product page or cart or checkout for example if I m looking to product 1 the carousel contains all products in category of product 1 without product 1 incart page and checkout page the same thing

We couldn’t reproduce this issue on our local sites.

Could you please turn OFF all the 3rd party plugins except the plugins in this list: [https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/](https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/)?

After that check the Up-Sell/Cross-sell Product Elements again.
