Hi, I’m having problems when I finish my purchase. I’m getting a screen that is very square, and the design is completely missing. I also get a WordPress error! I’m attaching an image and access in case you need it.
Iam getting the same sometimes with accounts

Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Please provide us with FTP access.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Hi there i resolve the problem, it was a woocommerce cart plugin modifying the fields carts.
