I have a problem with the menu display, it happens that after a while the menu disappears (see image) … I don’t understand if it is due to the fact that we have installed the WPML language plugin … but if then I go to the template and make a change and save it then it displays again … I put the data to access.
    thank you very much

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

At the moment, the issue is not visible. Could you please record a video demonstrating the steps required to reproduce the problem? This will help us better understand and replicate the problem on our end.
Upload the video on a filesharing service, for example – https://wetransfer.com/ , and provide us with the URL.

    Warm Regards,

    Dear @anli75,

We have noticed that the header was missing on your homepage. To resolve this, we accessed the header settings and simply re-saved them. As a result, the header is now displaying correctly.

If you recall the specific actions you took before the header content disappeared, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with detailed information. At this moment, we are unsure of the exact changes that may have caused the issue. Therefore, we will continue to monitor the situation.

Please let us know if you experience any further issues.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson

    Hello @anli75

We noticed that you didn’t have the header on home page so we opened the header editor and just resaved the header content there.
So, if you find the reason of such missing header content, please, share with us.

    Kind regards, Jack Richardson

    Dear @anli75,

We hope you are doing well.

We have cleared the Elementor cache, as shown in the following screenshot: https://prnt.sc/Qomssb_2sXfc. After doing so, the header reappeared. While this is quite unusual, we believe there are a few possible reasons for the issue you encountered:

    1. A backup may have been restored on your website, either manually by someone or automatically by your server due to its configuration.
    2. The CDN cache may not have been clearing properly.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @anli75,

We kindly ask you to take some time to check whether clearing the Elementor cache resolves the issue. If the problem persists, we recommend reaching out to your server provider to inquire about any additional caching mechanisms in place and follow the suggestions they provide.

Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Dear @anli75,

I hope you are doing well.

Could you kindly check if you have had the opportunity to clear the Elementor cache, as we previously suggested in the screenshot? Additionally, the issue you are experiencing may be similar to the one discussed in the following topic: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/the-frontend-displays-blank-content-after-editing-a-page-with-elementor/. It appears that the header content becomes empty due to a conflict with a plugin installed on your website or some modifications made by one of your site managers in some areas.

May we ask you to verify whether this issue started occurring after installing a specific plugin? If so, you might try deactivating the plugin and testing the site again to see if the issue persists.

Furthermore, in your next response, please provide us with the WordPress admin access details, as we currently do not have them. This will allow us to investigate the issue more thoroughly if needed.

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to your update.

    Best regards,

I noticed that when I go to settings to view the menu on the site it gives me this message:
has recognized that you have set this position for other templates:
    Elementor Header #2064

but there is no Elementor Header template #2064!

    Hello, anli75,

We have cleared the cache, resolved some plugin conflicts (particularly between WPML and Elementor Pro), and reassigned the headers.

We believe the issue may have been caused by editing headers in a specific language – for example, when editing in Spanish, the header might have disappeared from the Italian version. This behavior should no longer occur.

However, if the issue reappears, please do not hesitate to inform us.

Additionally, in case the problem recurs, kindly let us know whether your server has automatic backups enabled, and if there is any possibility that these backups might be restoring themselves automatically.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

But I wonder if in another site where I use Xstore I can use WPML as a translation plugin?
