Problem with Editing Pages with page builder

I bought the theme while ago and activated successfully. When I try to edit pages with page builder I get the bellow error.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

“Internal Server Error
Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

How can i resolve this problem?

Hello,

So, did you contact your hosting provider to check the server error logs? What errors do you have there?
