    Hello, Kiki,

    Thank you for providing us with the password and the site Admin Logins. We have debugged your site and it appears that the issue may be related to a cache or third-party plugin conflict.

    We have noticed that CDN is activated on your site, as seen in the screenshot: https://postimg.cc/v1m8dvDY. We suggest that you contact your hosting provider and ask them to flush the server cache completely and turn it off while you are in the development process.

    We also suggest that you try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/. Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    If the issue persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant us permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly. Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    If you are able to see the changes in the Customizer but not on the page front, it is likely a cache issue. If it is working correctly in the Customizer, it should also be working on the front end.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello,
    I’ve done everything that you suggested and it still doesn’t work correctly. I still can’t see the changes on the front end. I now deactivated all the plugins and I don’t use CloudFlare anymore. Can you debug the site or investigate the problem?

    Thank you.

    Hello, Kiki,

    1/ If you write custom html then you should double check the code because each incorrectly closed tag will break the page structure below this element. Example: https://prnt.sc/R1nxa_6l3nCU

    2/ It is better to write non-handwrite apostrophe symbol like here -> https://prnt.sc/oLl0CCKfrenc but write the one as you did here -> https://prnt.sc/ZNbNDtPg3C57 . Tip: it may also break some Elementor structure and that symbol will be displayed as ‘ symbol.

    For now, we fixed for you one product page (private area link) as an example that after making the corrections in html code the structure is displayed correctly without any breaks.

    Thank you so much. The problem is solved and now I’ll fix it in all the pages with the problem.

    I still have one more problem, in the checkout the field “surname” isn’t in line like the other fields. Here the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/MYVkZbWjCCLx

    Hello, Kiki,

    You’re welcome!

    Add the following code in the Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS section:

    .etheme-cart-checkout-accordion .form-row-first, .form-row-last {
        padding: 0;
    }

    Kind Regards,
    8theme team
