Problem with Email Customizer. Broken after update.

I use the plugin WooCommerce Order Status Manager to create custom order statuses and the respective emails. Before, I was able to make custom email templates with Xstores email customizer and apply it to each new status.

Now that function broke, it doesnt show me the custom statuses anymore (it only shows me the woocommerce defaults) and on the Email Builder Templates list the “types” dissapeared from the ones I had already configured before, breaking their function.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins, and we can not provide support for such plugins. Sometimes, but not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.

I cannot give you access im afraid, as the business has strict access rules. I recommend you do the testing on a website of your own. I will attach the WooCommerce Order Status Manager plugin so you can test it.

Try to create a custom status and email, and then edit the template on the Xstore email customizer, before you could, now it doesnt appear to select.

I assume you use the Woocommerce Email Customizer plugin to implement this feature on Xstore, but according to them it has full compatibility with WooCommerce Order Status Manager. Did somenthing change about the Xstore email customizer recently?

If you are still not able to solve it, we request for at least wp-admin access to your web-site as it is already configured there with custom emails according to your needs.
