Problem with Ess.Grid x Woopress - by zym-studio

Hi,

I bought the theme a few weeks ago. I encounter a problem when i want to edit my home page, i try to edit settings “ess grid block”, i click on the pen for editing and a little box appear, i can see that something load but nothing happen…

I use wamp for Apache Server. I manage my website on localhost.

“Ess grib block” is “Info Box” from Ess. Grid ^^

Hello,

It is a bit difficult to sort out in the problem without possibility to check backend of your site.
Make sure that you use the latest versions of all plugins, and check http://prntscr.com/godoez, also try to disable 3-rd party plugins.
Go to Appearance > Themes > enable default theme and check if everything works fine.

I got the same problem when i want to add a new menu in the current menu. I see a circle with a dot turning inside, but nothing happens.

I can also send you my “www” folder with SQL DB. There isn’t private data.

More informations that can help you (maybe):
– When i want to import data demo from Ess.Grid i got ajax error
– I can’t create categories for products with woocommerce

All my plugins seems broken…

We’ve used OpenServer 5.2.2 and checked the copy of your site.
I do not see problems http://prntscr.com/gr7k5a, http://prntscr.com/gr7krn, http://prntscr.com/gr7msi.
