Problem with featured products - by DavidNL

Hello,

I have a problem with the images of the featured products, the images does not appears.

I would like to have in the shop page, the featured products with the images and without the categories of the center.

How can I do that? how can I solve the problem with the images?

I send you a screenshot in a url.

Hello,

The images aren’t shown because you didn’t set thumbnails for products categories in Products > Categories.
Please check it.

Hi Eva,

The problem is not the image of the categories, I would like to remove the two categories from the page shop.

The problem is with the featured product images.

I have removed the FTP and the access to the web.

You have broken the website and I have now to upload a backup.

If I had none that you were going to the destroy website, I would not have given you access to the files and website.

I will solve the problem by self.

I´m very disatisfied with your support.

Hello,

Please take our apologies for the troubles.
But we don’t recommend to make changes in the original theme files not to lose modifications after theme update. You must use child theme for customization: http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes or if you change only items style you must write your css code in custom.css file.
How to create custom.css you can watch in this tutorial.
