    Hi,

I have installed your theme as a subdomain for wholesalers (through multisite). I have a problem with completing the sale proces. I get the following error:

“There was an error during the save of the action: Table ‘aijoo4_glownayo.wp_3_actionscheduler_actions’ doesn’t exist”

I am right now in the final testing phase of the site as I need to deliver it in 3 days. Please help.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello,

This error means that some table is missing in your DataBase, this is not the error with theme files. Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme. Do you have the same error with the active Storefront theme?

What version of PHP do you use? What version of WooCommerce do you use?

    Regards

    Dear Olga,

I have restored a working backup but after a few minutes I got the same problem again. I am shoring the error in the private area.

The thing is that it’s a multisite. The main site works and when accessing the subdomain (wholesaler portal) I get the error that I shared with you.

Please help as I am running out of time due to very soon deadline.

    Please contact administrator
    for this information.

Ok I solved this through installing the Action Scheduler plugin

    Steps:
    1. Download
    https://github.com/woocommerce/action-scheduler/archive/master.zip

    2. Activate it and than go to the options page, in the options page you will see the error message saying that database tables are not existing and trying to reproduce.

    3. Refresh the page.

    Maybe it helps someone

    Hello,

We are glad to hear that you sorted it out. It’s not related to our theme but to the WooCommerce plugin, anyway, if someone gets the same issue we’ll be able to fix it using your solution. Thanks.

    Regards
