can you please help me-tell me how can I re-arrange with css or any other way the message that appers for free shipping on cart page?

I have just checked your site now and tried to check the cart page, but it not working and giving the error: https://postimg.cc/YLmjzpFR so please check it first with your hosting provider and fix it, so that I will further check it for you and help you out.
