I get this error on my contact us page,

This page was unable to display a Google Maps element. Please contact the site administrator. If you are the administrator of this site, please check the JavaScript console or check the following page for troubleshooting: http://g.co/mapsJSApiErrors

I’ve tried to search another similar problem founded here, but I cannot find the file it mention to edit the code.

Hello,

Please check if you are using the latest Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer plugin and update it if needed. Here you can download required plugins with the latest versions https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

Also refer to the article https://docs.brainstormforce.com/how-to-create-google-api-key-in-order-to-make-the-google-map-element-work/ to fix the problem with google map.

Okay Jack,

I’ve download the latest plugin and also create a browser API key, and I’ve put the api key in the Ultimate. Just like the article you refer, but it still doesn’t work.

What should I do?

Hello,

Please do the following:
1. Go to API Manager
2. Click on Overview
3. Search for “Google Maps JavaScript API” (Under Google Maps APIs).
4. You will find “Enable” button there. Click to enable API.
