hello ,

I have installed x store on my site I have tried to import the demo of a theme but it does not load correctly in fact I have the home page full of bugs.

and I don’t know how to fix it

Could you, please, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site?
We’ll check the issue and help you with the demo content import.

Hello,

Give our user admin permissions because we don’t have access to Theme Options, to plugins etc http://prntscr.com/w2m18e
What about FTP access?

these are the ftp logins, and I have also changed the admin logins for the site.
