Problem with import pre-built site available

Hi, we have installed XStore in our WP 6.3 but we can’t import any pre-built site, we always get the following error: “Can not create or activate new child theme. Please contact our support.”.
Can you help us understand why?

Hello, @Fansmania,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

Please try to install a new child theme on your site. The new child theme archive is attached in the private content area.

We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
