Problem with importing Theme Options in Xstore

I turned off CloudFlare but nothing changes – the problem is still is.

I am trying to import theme options file (options.json) in the Import from File field on the Import/Export tab in XStore Theme Options – see the screen

but it is not working – it says “Error importing settings! Please check that you uploaded a customizer export file.”
What is wrong? I did several times. Thanks for help.

Hello,

Something is wrong with the file that you try to import. It’s broken because of some reason. Where did you get that file?

I downloaded it from 8theme’s Downloads here:
https://prnt.sc/1zzfejh
the folder is “home red default” file options.json as I read in instructions

Hello,

Oh, sorry, that file is out of date. Do you need the header structure like on that demo?
Provide us with WP Dashboard access and we’ll help you with that.

and one more question – you see, I need the home page with header like red-default, but all other site – like home-banner. I used 2 different headers for that, but couldn’t make it work right – how to make exaptation for one page – home?

Hello,

Use the default header layout as the layout for all the pages and use Multiple headers option to create header for the home page only. I see that you use ClodFlare CDN. I would recommend you to enable dev mode if your site is under development to be able to see your changes. Because CDN caches scripts and styles and you don’t see style changes that you do using Theme Options. Or log in to CF dashboard https://newoptika.com.ua/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=cloudflare#/login and clear cache after your changes to see them.

I have made the default header layout the same like we have for the banners demo and home page header like we have for the default red demo. Clear CDN and plugin caches and check.
