Hello, chat tells me I’m offline and send a message, when send the response i find this answer in the tab on the homepage: “Operators cannot test the plugin from here. Please use other browser or computer to test the plugin”

Try to update browser to the latest version and clear all cache.

if I ‘m not online i can send MESSAGE, but if I’m online I always the same error also using Mozilla Firefox …

Hello,

Disable maintenance mode on your site and log in as chat operator in one browser (e.g. Chrome) and then try to check live chat in other browser (e.g. Firefox).
