Hello,
After updating wordpress and the XStore theme, the slider remains blocked during loading, returning the error “.lazyload is not a function” in console.
Please provide us with quick feedback on resolving the upload problem, as this is not the first time this has happened.
Thank you very much.
Hello,
Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site, please. We’ll take a closer look at your issue.

Hi Olga,
we cannot provide access to the FTP, in attachment we report the login credentials to the site created for your team.
You can tell us the nature of the problem and where to operate in the respective files, but we cannot directly authorize access to the server.
Thanks for understanding, we look forward to your kind reply.
Hi Olga,
we had to put the site back in maintenance mode, having access to the wordpress dashboard you can intervene on the plugin or in any case view the site in development mode.
Please give us feedback as soon as possible because we cannot proceed with the insertion of the different sliders on the pages of the site.
Thanks, I look forward to your kind reply.
Hello,
Issue caused by custom code that you added using Insert HTML Snippet and Per page head plugins. Check your custom code and fix that. We are not responsible for users’ customization, sorry.

Hi Olga,
thank you for the quick reply, and for having found the solution to the problem. However, that Region Map with SVG overlay is very important to us. What’s wrong with those two plugins? What generates incompatibility with your theme?
I am not asking you to enter into the merits of development but to tell us at least what generates conflict.
We need to know this before we find any alternative plugin, which performs the same function.
Thanks in advance!
