What browser do you use? We checked in Chrome https://gyazo.com/bb6053e60b145647a1a1e6fcf48065ea and Safari https://gyazo.com/480bc95299430eefb1f9c376e307f749 and don’t see the mentioned issue. Have you sorted out?

For sure it happens on edge, the microsoft broswer
also for me chrome safari and firefox it works

Edge is not the Mac browser as you mentioned in the very first message …
Problem was caused by the Equal heigh option of the WPBakery http://prntscr.com/pmqnfm Keep it disabled because Edge does not support all the flex rules that WPBakery page builder uses for that option.
