Please, provide us the url of the page and screenshots of the Media Carousel area where the issue exists, ensuring that suggestions provided in your previous topic didn’t help you in solving it.

It was fixed before, but now it doesn’t work again

Please, fix the JS errors you have on that page expecially the Firebase-auth.js file that could break the Media carousel initialization -> https://prnt.sc/FEcdv65-gYLe.

As a temporary solution, we recommend using an alternative widget for displaying media images. You can find several options in the Elementor widgets panel by conducting a search (https://prnt.sc/rksKza1EDEJQ).

Our investigation suggests that the issue may be related to the ‘Perfmatters’ or ‘WP Rocket’ plugin, specifically its settings that prevent lazy-loading from functioning correctly. We have configured the necessary selector classes as shown here: https://prnt.sc/h3xlxAdmnnML. However, we observed that lazy-loading remains active for those images.
