Problem with Mobile Panel in Frontend!!!

I can see Mobile Panel in all pages like shop, Contact but it is not seen in Homepage. Can you please check it out in my website.

Also, When i open website, it keeps loading until i do any action but the moment i scroll down, the loading stops and website loads nicely. Why is it so that i have to scroll down to load the website?? (in mobile view)

I fixed Mobile Panel problem, but please look at the problem of Scroll loading.
I am not sure but maybe it is some kind of function of lazy loading?? i dont have any idea related to it but curious maybe it is creating problem.

it was due to JS Delay from my cach plugin, it got solved by removing JS Delay.
Also, i Want you guys to suggest me good caching plugin which can significantly improve website load speed. Content loading doesnt matter for me, shop page, cart and checkout should be a bit fast.
help me with this, my store will be live afterward
