Problem with new user registration on website

    Hi,

    I am getting the following error while registering new users.

    REGISTRATION ATTEMPT BLOCKED: This site requires a security token created when the page loads for all registration attempts. Please ensure JavaScript is enabled and try again.

    by disabling wordfence recaptcha, the process works fine. i have tried by decativating and reactivating the wordfence, clearing the cache etc. Please help.

    thanks for the detailed explaination. the issue resolved by disabling wordfence captcha and using another captcha plugin.
