    Hi friends,

    I’ve been having issues with our shopping site, when we tried to load pages 9 to 18 it just gives 503 error, but we can load 1 to 8 and 19 to 24 without issues.

    I’m attaching below the screenshot of the page 8 and 9.

    Hello,

    Probably products on that page give the fatal error. Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site to check and help you.

    Hi,

    The site was working fine, until last thursday when the error was reported, but I could navigate all pages on the shop before.

    I’ll give you credentials to FTP and WP Dashboard

    As I can see you have broken layout even with the default WooCommerce theme Storefront https://gyazo.com/94d1d6ef02abd748dd3dbc81432b393b
    Something is wrong with your products but it’s not related to our theme because it does not work even with the default theme. Did you create these products or import them?
    I would recommend you to check the server error logs and contact WooCommerce plugin support https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ or import plugin support if you imported products because I see https://prnt.sc/11cd7mi

    Besides I see the following warnings https://prnt.sc/11cd4d8 So, you need to contact your hosting provider to fix this warning first.

    Hi friend,

    The error dissapeared after we moved to a better hosting, but after updating the theme and related plugins the “personalize” options now are not the same, I can’t find the option to disable or to remove the greeting images, on the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/125ud9d

    And neither the option on Slider to remove hover options, to remove the default images as you could see on next screenshot: https://prnt.sc/125ux47

    Could you guide me to find the options.

    Hello,

    Glad to hear that.
    1) To remove that popup go to Theme Options > Header builder > edit the Connection block of the top header > remove the Newsletter element from that connection block.

    2) Edit the slider settings https://prnt.sc/1273uxi and change the slide thumbnails.

    My apologies for reopen the thread. I had translated all the visible content on the theme with Loco Translate plugin, but, on Mobiles, it appears another menú in the bottom of the screen and I can´t translate it, even when I want to change the display text, it does not change anything.

    Hello,

    Go to Theme Options > Mobile panel > delete all default elements, and add new ones from scratch.
